Inaccuracies - We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our web site at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information on our web site may contain unintentional inaccuracies. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. kate quinn organics also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products that have been purchased at an inaccurate price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, kate quinn organics shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Colors - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Promotions - kate quinn organics will run promotions on shopkatequinn.com from time to time. Unless explicitly stated in promotional communications or our website, promotional offers may not be combined. Only one coupon is allowed per order. Unless explicitly stated in promotional communications or our website,

  • Free Shipping offers apply within the US only
  • Coupons and/or Vouchers may not be combined. 
  • Coupons and/or Vouchers are not valid on our  SALE category on website including the $10 sale and price point sales, unless otherwise noted.
  • Grab bag sets of three items have a minimum retail msrp value of $75.00. Bags may include higher value items like dresses and outerwear mixed with lower value items such as accessories to meet the minimum $75.00 value.
  • Kate Quinn Organics reserves the right to mark all garment labels with black permanent marker if we believe that a retail customer purchasing goods at a discounted price has the intent to resell on any platform. This includes Amazon and eBay which is strictly prohibited.
  • Promotional gift certificates issued during promotions such as "receiving a gift certificate when making a purchase" are limited to one per customer and orders much be over $25.00.  Gift certificates will be issued after shipping and can be in the form of a store credit on your existing account to be used next time you shop or e-mailed issued gift certificate with special one time code not to be used with other coupons or promotions.
  • During high volume sales and/or deeply discounted sales, like but not limited to the $10 sale and price point sales, we reserve the right to refund out of stock items WITHOUT contacting the customer. Orders during those sales due to high volume, WILL ship outside the normal processing window. once an order is placed it CANNOT BE CHANGED, ADDED TO OR ALTERED.

Indemnification - You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kate quinn organics, its owners, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Order Placement Policy: Once your order is placed its sent to fulfillment and we are unable to process a cancellation, please be sure when placing your order that you are sure you’d like to place an order.  If you’d like to make changes, we will send notification to fulfillment, but we are unable to make any guarantees of style, size or color changes.  You may return your order for store credit once you receive it. 

Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3-5 business days. During collection launches and sales, more processing time is needed on top of the 3-5 days.  If you need your order sooner, please pick an expedited shipping option at checkout. Most orders ship next business day. Currently all retail orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail and for larger orders FedEx ground. Orders may ship in 1 or 2 shipments when Free Shipping is applied. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.  Please note, during high volume sales, discounts and promotions, orders may take a few extra days to process.

Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 3 business days for First Class and Priority to be delivered. FedEx ground can take 2-5 business days to be delivered.

Express Shipping - orders place by 11:00 a.m. PST with paid express shipping, will ship via FedEx or USPS to arrive the next business day and includes insurance via USPS.  You must choose express shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order. Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable. Kindly note Express in the comments section at checkout.

Expedited Shipping - orders placed by 11:00 a.m. PST will ship same day via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is 1-3 days and includes insurance via USPS.  Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable. Kindly note Expedited in the comments section at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to Kate Quinn Organics due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Kate Quinn Organics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages - Kate Quinn Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Kate Quinn Organics will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

International Orders: Kate Quinn Organics ships to most countries.

Please be aware that Kate Quinn Organics is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.

All international orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.

All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.

International orders can take 2-3 days processing time before shipping.

International orders are exempt from price adjustments and free shipping promotions.

30 Day Return Policy 

All returns must be authorized via your order. Returns will not be authorized via phone and email.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.

Items purchased at a price discounted at more than 50% off the original price through any promotion or combination of promotions, including but not limited to sales and coupons, are not eligible for return. Items purchased in $10 sale or price point sales are NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED, they are FINAL SALE. Items sold in our sample set sales are not eligible for return. At times, free products are given away as part of a promotion. Free products received during a promotion are not eligible for return.

In the event that you order an item and it comes defective, please login into your account and submit a return request. You may receive a replacement item or a store credit. No refunds will be given. Proof of damage/defect may be required to process request.

Price Adjustment Policy- We will gladly issue a price adjustment within 14 days of your purchase in the form of a store credit to your Kate Quinn Organics store account upon request.  Price adjustments are only authorized on request made within 14 days and we must have the same item (color, style, size) available on our site at the time the price adjustment is issued.  We do not offer price adjustments on items that were previously purchased and sold out or on request made after the 14 day time period.  

To make a request for a return, please login to your account and submit a return request for the item(s). Please do not send in item(s) until your request has been accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products. A shipping credit of $5.99 will be issued along with the store credit once the return is processed.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on orders where required by law. We reserve the right to change or update the jurisdictions in which we collect sales tax at any time, without notice.

The list provided below for convenience may not accurately reflect all the states in which we collect sales tax, if new states have been added recently.

We currently charge sales tax in the following states: Washington and California.

Store Credit Only

Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds will be issued and we are not able to hold product for exchange.
